FAQs
What areas do you cover?
As a fully licenced agent in NSW, I can act as a buyers agent anywhere within the state. However, property reports and analysis can be completed for all states and territories
How much does it cost?
Depending on your requirements you will be provided with a tailored proposal inclusive of all costs. In every situation my aim is to provide substantially more value than my professional fee.
How long does it normally take?
Often situations require quick and efficient analysis and decisive action. From the initial point of engagement to getting to work can be practically immediate. Once engaged to act on your behalf, there is no limitation to the duration of my engagement and I will continue to work with you “as long as it takes” to achieve your goals.
What happens with a private seller?
Private sellers are often selling privately as they have had poor experiences with agents in the past or are suspicious of the agent’s motivations. As a buyers agent, I am able to work with private sellers and agents alike as there is no risk to them, only positives. By only working with qualified buyers with the capacity to purchase and move forward they are assured that they are not wasting time with “tyre-kickers” that are unable to buy.
Do you sell properties also?
Not anymore! I don’t believe that it’s possible to effectively serve both the buying and seller communities simultaneously. By working exclusively with buyers, I am able to form and maintain excellent relationships with selling agents within the area and outside as I am not in competition with them.
I am, however uniquely positioned to be able to advocate on a sellers behalf and help them select the agent that best suits their needs and personality.
