• Conduct a targeted market search for properties that meet your requirements, including access to properties being sold “off the market”.

• Shortlisting and inspection of all relevant properties that pass due diligence, providing a detailed report with qualified recommendations.

• Provide a clear strategy to negotiate and/or bid on your behalf,

• Manage the contract phase by liaising with all third parties. I can arrange and attend the building and pest inspection and provide your financiers and solicitors with support through to settlement.

• Finally, conduct a pre-settlement inspection to ensure the property is as it was when first inspected and hand over the keys.
